Proposal & Agreement

You receive a written proposal covering deliverables, timeline, rate, and engagement model. No work begins without a signed service agreement. Everything is defined before anything moves.

Kick-off & Delivery
Into your environment. From day one.
A formal kick-off aligns both sides on expectations, tools, and communication rhythms. Better with OM works within your existing systems: no unnecessary platforms, no data leaving the environments you already control.

Closing Recap
